WiFiMobile Terms and Conditions
WiFiMobile allows You to make free or low cost VoIP calls from
your compatible mobile phone when registered to the WiFiMobile service
via a correctly configured Access Point.
By using the service and downloading the associated software you
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, future amendments and
additions to these as published from time to time at
www.wifimobile/terms.aspx
Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and related web pages constitute a
legal agreement between you, the end user and WiFiMobile Ltd. By
entering into this agreement you are confirming your eligibility to do
so.
Emergency 999, 112, 911 etc calls.
It is not possible to make calls to the emergency services
through the WiFiMobile service. These type of calls can of course still
be made through your existing mobile phone operator.
Handset Compatibility
The WiFiMobile service is only available with certain Nokia
Nseries or Eseries devices. Please see our FAQs page to check
compatibility. WiFiMobile are not liable if you do not have a compatible
Nokia handset or have downloaded the wrong software for your phone.
WiFiMobile reserve the right to terminate this agreement if you are
using the service with a handset which is not listed as being
compatible.
Charges
Please see our full rate card at
www.wifimobile.com/rates.aspx which fully lists all charges to
landlines and mobiles worldwide. WiFiMobile reserves the right to amend
these charges at any time.
Termination of Account
Your agreement with WiFiMobile can be cancelled at any time in
writing to
support@wifimobile.com.
WiFiMobile Ltd may limit, suspend or terminate your service if we think
you are in breach of the terms and conditions or engaging in illegal
activities.
Complaints
In the event of a customer complaint please email
support@wifimobile.com
and we will contact you to resolve the matter.
Privacy Policy
Our policy is to take your privacy very seriously. Any collection
of personal data is only used for the purposes that we state.
Purposes of personal data collection.
The 3 main purposes of your personal data collection are listed
below:
1: To identify you
provide the WiFiMobile VOIP service to you.
2: To invoice customer
for any call charges.
3: To advise customers
of further developments or to carry out marketing activities.
Information that we hold about you.
When you buy account credits we will ask you for your full name,
date of birth, address, payment method, credit card, mobile phone number
and email address. None of these details will be passed onto any third
party.
